NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberation to recognize and congratulates the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity – St. Louis Alumni Chapter for their immense service to our community and for their 100th Anniversary.
