Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen that the Board hereby amends its rules of by the adoption of a new rule, which shall be and read as follows: No Alderman or Alderwoman may vote or be counted as present at a meeting of the Board of Aldermen or Board of Aldermen Committee if they are driving a vehicle.
