The 2016 Assessment Book containing the assessments of taxable property within the City of St. Louis is open for inspection in the Office of the Assessor,Room 114, City Hall. the 2016 values are now shown on the Assessor's website at https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/data/address-search/.
The Board of Equalization will begin meeting on July 5, 2016 and will remain in session pursuant to State Law. The deadline to appeal to the Board of Equalization is July 11, 2016. Any person may appeal their assessment by writing to: Board of Equalization, 1200 Market Street, Room 120, St. Louis, MO 63103.
