Notice of Public Hearing

The Community Development Administration (CDA) will conduct an In-person/virtual public hearing at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025, to solicit public comments and answer questions pertaining to Substantial Amendment to 2020–2024 Consolidated Plan and 2024 Annual Action Plan for tornado recovery.

Public Comment Period/Written Comments
The public comment period begins on June 12, 2025. The views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties are strongly encouraged. Written comments should be addressed to CDA, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63102 or via email at CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov.

For the Substantial Amendment to its 2020 – 2024 Consolidated Plan and its 2024 Annual Action for tornado recovery, a 30-day public comment period for the public to review and respond to the proposed portion of the Substantial Amendment was planned.  As a result of HUD Waiver approval, a shorter time period of seven (7) days was granted.

The review period began on June 12, 2025 and will end on June 19, 2025, per HUD due to the declaration of disaster.
