The 2025 Neighborhood Transformation Grants for CDA Housing Production NOFAs were announced on March 14, 2025. This availability of funding from the City of St. Louis - Community Development Administration (CDA) supports new construction or rehabilitation of residential or mixed-use development projects, as well as Supportive Services, including rental assistance. This funding opportunity is only available for developments located within the City of St. Louis.
