Summary
The City of St. Louis is requesting redevelopment proposals for a building located at 1901-19 Penrose Street.  This building is a vacant former police station in the Hyde Park neighborhood.  The City is interested in selling the building to a qualified buyer who is able to address needed renovations, successfully operate the building and make it an asset to the Hyde Park community.
