All of City Court’s regular court sessions have been suspended under order of the Missouri Supreme Court and the City’s Stay At Home Order. Non-employee visitors are not permitted to enter 1520 Market, including the Customer Service and Cashier windows at City Courts. These measures will remain in effect until further notice, as public health circumstances may require.

For all defendants with court dates beginning on March 16, 2020 and continuing until further notice: City Court is automatically continuing all cases to new court dates in June 2020 or later. No summons or warrants will be issued for any court dates after March 16, 2020 until a return to regular court sessions is announced. You should call City Court at (314) 622-3231 to find out your new court date. You may also check your case and your next court date at: www.municourt.net. You will need either your name and year of birth or your case numbers to check your case on www.municourt.net. Either will do. Notices will not be sent by mail.

If you have other issues or questions during this period of time, do not come to the Clerk’s Office. Please call the Court at (314) 622-3231.

If you want to submit anything to the Court in writing, there is a blue plastic recycle tray just inside the lobby of 1520 Market on the Market Street side. Our tray is labeled City Court. Any written communication placed in the City Court tray should be in a sealed envelope and include your name and date of birth, along with your case number(s) if possible. Please include a working telephone number to allow us to respond.
