The City of St. Louis Forestry Division appreciates calls to let us know about any problems with City-Owned trees.
Department personnel may already be aware of the problem and already be working to solve it, but sometimes your call is needed to notify us about a City tree problem.

Additional Information
What are considered "City-Owned Trees"?
Trees located between the curb and sidewalk, or typically within 10 feet of the curb are considered "city-owned trees". These are owned and managed by the Forestry Division.
When to Obtain a Permit?
Residents that want to plant, remove, prune, or treat trees in this tree lawn area must first obtain a Tree Permit to do so or by calling the Citizens' Service Bureau at 314-622-4800 and request to receive a tree permit.
Without a permit, you may be subject to fines or fees.
