Cardio Core: This class is a full body cardio workout that will keep your heart rate up to burn mega calories and will include exercises to strengthen and tone the core (abdominals).

Yoga: This class will incorporate traditional yoga poses and moves for a full body workout.

Conquering Calories & Fitness: Join our registered dietician, Nancy Trail, as she helps you conquer nutrition and fitness in this 8 week class. Class will be part nutrition lecture and part group fitness exercise. Learn how the combination of nutrition and exercise can help with weight management as well as weight loss.

Random Acts of Kindness Week: Did you know a Random Act of Kindness not only makes you feel good but is healthy too! The City of St. Louis and Bee-Fit Program is celebrating kindness in this year’s Health Fair themed “Be Kind, Be Well.” Join the movement by e-mailing a random act of kindness to Cathy Hargrove at hargroveC@stlouis-mo.gov to earn a ticket for a Health Fair door prize. The kindness act could be something you do or one that you had seen. Door prizes include a 40” HDTV, designer sunglasses, FitBit, Mother Earth Pillows, Oral B electronic toothbrush and more.

BP Clinics (Blood Pressure Clinics): A BJC registered nurse visits worksites to confidentially track employee blood pressure measurements and provide on-site education for avoiding or managing at-risk blood pressure levels.
