Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position are responsible for complex programming and installing duties/projects and instructing and monitoring other programmers. Duties include: designing, programming, testing and maintaining .NET and web-based applications; supporting legacy Microsoft Access applications; installing and monitoring software upgrades/enhancements; designing Crystal reports and converting legacy reports to Crystal and conducting training. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field; plus three years of experience in applications programming in a .NET or web-based applications development environment. OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Documentation of academic credentials must be submitted at the time of the Oral Interview.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with .Net Framework v2.0, MS SQL 2008 R2, VB Script, VBA, C#, Crystal Reporting, ASP.net, MVC, IIS, MS Office 2007/2010/2013 and MS operating systems.

Employees assigned to St. Louis Lambert International Airport may be eligible for a community allowance of $141.00 bi-weekly. A ten-year background investigation will be conducted in accordance with FAA regulations for positions at St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
