Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position perform clerical accounting and bookkeeping duties to support the fiscal management activities of City departments/agencies.

Two years of experience performing bookkeeping/accounting duties; OR an Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration including the successful completion of one applied Accounting course; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Prior experience must demonstrate familiarity with PC-based spreadsheet software such as Excel and word processing software such as Microsoft Word.
Transcript of college coursework must be submitted with the Employment Application or at the Written Test.
