Nature of Work

Incumbents in this position are responsible for coordinating and administering highly specialized business and programmatic activities on behalf of the Comptroller. Examples of duties include: acting as a liaison for all communications with the Comptroller and local/state legislative bodies, attending meetings and monitoring proposals and actions which may affect the Comptroller's Office and working with the Public Information Officer for coordinating the Comptroller's response.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Business or Public Administration, or a related field; plus two years of experience working as an administrative staffer or legislative liaison with a governmental agency.  OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
