Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position perform a variety of administrative and secretarial functions to support management staff and a department activity. Duties include: typing and drafting a wide variety of documents; compiling and organizing information and entering data.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration or a related field; OR four years of administrative support experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Qualifying experience must be at a level which requires independent judgment, initiative and discretion.
Documentation of academic credentials must be submitted at the time of the Oral Interview.
