Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position assist in the delivery, administration or monitoring of programmatic and operational functions of the Department of Personnel’s Employee Relations Section. These functional areas include the Drug and Alcohol Testing Program, Investigations and Appeals, Family Medical Leave Program (FML), Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and programmatic billing.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. OR an Associate's degree plus two years of experience providing administrative and clerical support for Human Resources programs. OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Documentation of academic credentials must be submitted at the time of the Oral Interview.
A limited number of applicants may be scheduled for the Oral Interview based on an evaluation of their qualifying education, training and experience as listed on the Employment Application.
