Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position assist and support an assigned human resources function such as Recruitment and Examination, Classification and Compensation, Employee Relations, Training & Organizational Development, Benefits Administration, Retirement, or Personnel Services.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Documentation of academic credentials must be submitted with the Employment Application or at the time of the Oral Interview.
