Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position interpret and provide benefits-related information to employees. Duties include performing clerical duties to update and maintain necessary records and forms.

Three years of clerical/secretarial work experience. OR graduation from an accredited two year secretarial college/office assistant program plus one year of clerical/secretarial work experience. OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Qualifying experience must demonstrate familiarity with Microsoft Word and spreadsheet software, such as Excel.
Documentation of academic credentials (if applicable) must be submitted upon request.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience assisting with employee retirement, disability, insurance and/or death benefits and/or clerical support experience in a Human Resources office environment.
