Summary
Project Connect “Our Plan” public notice and final review period.
The City of St. Louis Planning Commission will conduct a Presentation and Public Hearing to consider adoption of a neighborhood plan for Carr Square, Columbus Square, Hyde Park, Jeff-Vander-Lou, Old North St. Louis, and St. Louis Place. The neighborhood plan is the product of over years of community engagement, analysis, and planning work, and will be a supplement element of the City of St. Louis Comprehensive Plan.

The plan is divided into three main parts to make it easier to read and focus on what matters most to you during the review process. The three main parts include:

1. Part One: Plan Introduction, Community Engagement, and Existing Conditions
2. Part Two: Shared & Neighborhood Visions and Goals
3. Part Three: Zoning Recommendations, Funding, and Implementation Guidance

Attend the Public Hearing
The plan will be presented to the City’s Planning Commission for review and public testimony. We encourage all residents to attend and voice their support!
