Description:  At the request of the Alderman's Business Liaison, the Urban Design Department produced a drawing showing what a building located on West Florissant Ave and Goodfellow Ave might look like with some facade improvements.  Back in the day, this building used to showcase such talents as Tina Turner, Ike Turner and more.
