People from across the state of Missouri gathered on the east lawn of the Civil Courts Building in Downtown St. Louis on May 14, 2013, for the Celebrate Missouri Drug Courts Ceremony. Since 1997, the St. Louis Drug Courts has been an essential component of the justice system in this community, providing opportunities for non-violent offenders to develop a clean and sober lifestyle.
