The T

The T is a holistic harm reduction program focused on the health and well-being of people who are commonly at risk and/or impact of a drug overdose.

Program Overview

The T program provides access to self-care resources, safe-sex supplies, safe drug use/wound care supplies, and life-saving medication, Narcan and IM Naloxone, in the event of a suspected overdose. Individuals can also receive services related to infection prevention and treatment, Acudetox acupuncture, nutritional and hygienic support, and referral navigation to other local organizations as needed. In addition to life-saving resources and referrals, The T offers free Community First Responder Training on how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose. Training is available every first Monday of the month at the Delmar Divine: 5501 Delmar Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63112. Each participant is provided with a free trauma first aid kit upon the completion of the training.

The program is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

Program Eligibility

Services provided by The T are available to any person over the age of 18 who is at risk of a drug overdose.
