Summary
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, tools, etc. to perform hoisting services whenever required by the Water Division. The work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to: Perform hoisting services using modern equipment by a skilled, certified crane operator on a scheduled or emergency basis. Work shall be performed following OSHA guidelines for gear, equipment and operating.
