The program will teach participants to conduct repair and maintenance of physical buildings and structures on commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Training areas include paint, electrical and woodwork repair, plumbing, plaster and brick laying, and small building construction.
Two year program that includes on-the-job training, OSHA training, and classroom hours.
Paid training with benefits from day one.
Opportunity to work towards a Department of Labor Building Repair and Maintenance Apprenticeship certification.
GED/High School Diploma
Age 18 years or older
Able to pass background check with finger printing and drug screening
Should posses mechanical inclination, basic reading and math skills, and the willingness to learn.
