The St. Louis Agency on Training and Employment (SLATE) is pleased to announce that Michael K. Holmes, SLATE Executive Director, was re-elected President of TEAM (Training and Employment Administrators of Missouri) for the upcoming year.
In his capacity as President of TEAM, Holmes will continue to lead this professional organization to implement workforce development strategies throughout the State of Missouri. TEAM is focused on comprehensive policies and legislative framework, consistent marketing, branding and funding initiatives which enhance the public workforce system for both job seekers and businesses. Holmes was elected to his second term at the August 16 TEAM meeting in Jefferson City, MO.
TEAM membership consists of Workforce Investment Board (WIB) Executive Directors from the 14 workforce investment regions in the State of Missouri.
"TEAM will continue to work closely with the Missouri Division of Workforce Development (DWD) to provide job seekers with training and employment opportunities that lead to prosperous and secure careers that help them and their families," said Holmes.
