Coordinates and manages the St. Louis Development Corporation’s demolition program.

Guiding Opportunities AmeriCorps VISTA Member
Cities of Service is seeking two AmeriCorps VISTA members to support the GO program in St. Louis, M.O. This position requires a high level of community interaction, calling on VISTA members to build relationships with residents and partner organizations. AmeriCorps VISTAs will report to the Opportunity Zone Lead at St. Louis Development Corporation.

Incentive Performance Analyst
Tracks the progress and performance of projects that receive incentives originated and managed by St. Louis Development Corporation and its member organizations. Analyzes, monitors and reports the performance deliverables of incentive agreements and contracts.

Program Manager Proposition NS
Implements and leads efforts around the City of St. Louis and the Land Reutilization Authority’s (LRA) Proposition Neighborhood Stabilization (NS) Building Stabilization Program.
