Contract Compliance Manager
Manages all day-to-day operations and supervision of the M/WBE Compliance Area. The M/WBE Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the program to increase the utilization of minority and women-owned enterprises in public funded projects, and provide public outreach to diverse communities. This position builds relationships with key community leaders, developers, and the M/WBE community. The incumbent should have a professional and positive attitude, be detail oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities, and have sharp, quick and critical thinking skills.

Economic Development Financial Analyst
Economic Development Financial Analyst performs financial planning and analysis of potential development projects, assists in planning commercial corridors, monitors taxing/special assessment districts's economic performance, conducts feasibility analysis of taxing/special assessment districts, and works closely with district area stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement taxing districts within commercial corridors.

SLDC - Administrative Assistant II
Performs a variety of administrative and staff support duties for the Development Incentives department and the Executive Deputy Director of SLDC. Provides administrative support for the following boards, commissions and authorities: Enhanced Enterprise Zone Board, Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority, Planned industrial Expansion Authority, and the Tax Increment Financing Commission.
