MWBE Contract Compliance Manager
Manages all day-to-day operations and supervision of the M/WBE Compliance department. The M/WBE Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the program to increase the utilization of minority and women-owned enterprises in public funded projects and provide public outreach to the minority and women-owned enterprise communities. This position builds relationships with key community leaders, developers, and the M/WBE community.

MWBE Contract Compliance Specialist I
Monitors M/WBE contract compliance and M/WBE contractor and subcontractor project participation.

Real Estate Specialist - Closings and Tax Sales
Facilitate the sale of property owned by SLDC and its member organizations. This position is the primary closer for agency-owned property. The incumbent also manages the acquisition of property through the City of St. Louis’s Sheriff’s Tax Sale process whether through active purchase or default.

Real Estate Specialist III - Sales and Marketing
This positions facilitates the sale of property owned by SLDC and its member organizations.
