Chief Technology Officer
Reports to the Mayor’s Office and the Smart City Commission. Evaluates and challenges current practices throughout the City, works collaboratively with City and Regional agencies, establishes relationships with technology vendors, and establishes outside industry partnerships. Leads technology consultants, advises on more efficient technological and operational methods, supports technology implementation and programming, and provides technical expertise throughout City departments. Drives city operations forward, placing St. Louis in an ideal position for the use of new technologies and tools.
Commercial District Manager September 2017
Provide professional technical assistance to commercial districts and businesses throughout the City. In addition, this position is responsible for managing and administering the Facade professional technical assistance to commercial districts and businesses throughout the City. In addition, this position is responsible for managing and administering the Facade program projects in each assigned Area.
Corporate Communications and Media Director - November 2017
Develops and implements SLDC’s communications strategy. Delivers a broad range of corporate communications, thought leadership, public relations, and social media activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning SLDC, its vision, and its leadership. Builds relationships with the media, influencers, and internal and external stakeholders. This position is the organizations legislative liaison.
Major Project Manager I – Civil Engineering
Manages and facilitates infrastructure and development projects within the City managed by SLDC, and manages the budgeting, procurement, reporting and grant process associated with these projects.
Neighborhood Business Development Director
The Neighborhood Business Development Director coordinates activity for the Neighborhood Commercial District Improvement Program which provides assistance to the business districts throughout the City of St. Louis, and manages all administrative aspects of the program, including budget, and preparation of financial reports. Supervises NBD staff and works collaboratively with city agencies in the areas of program development and strategic delivery of services. Maintains records and reports, establishes technical resource files and monitors the annual project budget. Provides management assistance to merchants, building owners and retail development is selected commercial areas.
Project Manager II - Vacant Land Strategy
Leads efforts to coordinate with other public agencies such as the Planning and Urban Design Agency, the Collector of Revenue, and the Mayor’s Office to develop place-based redevelopment programs. Represents SLDC/LRA on the Vacancy Task Force and coordinates the Advisory Committee of external stakeholders. Coordinates efforts to reduce vacancy.
