Compliance Assistant (Part Time)

Seeking a motivated individual who is forward-thinking and knowledgeable about construction business practices, has fresh and creative ideas and has an excellent eye for detail. Will assist in writing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of compliance systems and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform research and analysis in support of Compliance operations
Assist in resolving M/WBE business issues using compliance software systems data
Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials
Help launch new initiatives
Enter contact information into contact management systems
Assist in the design and creation of print and digital materials (i.e.: signage, circulars, mock ups, email campaigns, online promotion and etc.)
Provide support to social media efforts
Monitor social media for compliance best practices to utilize in the local program
Maintain tracking report of workforce (boots on the ground) and M/WBE activities
Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed
May perform additional projects upon request

Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong creative and analytical skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Extensive knowledge of social media
Driven and hard-working
Ability to take direction and multi-task
PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, Excel, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator experience a plus
