TIF Anniversary Project Summary (2021)

Summary
State statute 99.865 (the TIF Statute) requires that the City holds a public hearing five years after approval of each TIF Plan and every five years thereafter to determine of the project is making satisfactory progress.

The 2021 report includes: four 20-year anniversary projects; five 15-year anniversary projects; two 10-year anniversary projects; and five 5-year anniversary projects. The report also includes summary information for three TIF projects retired in 2021.
