ST. LOUIS–Project Connect will host its third public meeting Monday, January 23, 2017, from 5:30 –7:30 p.m. at Vashon High School.
Project Connect is the Action Plan being developed by the City of St. Louis and its residents that will connect current initiatives being proposed by the public and private sectors in the neighborhoods north of downtown, including the Next NGA West headquarters.
At the meeting, attendees will learn about Project Connect's progress, get an update on the City's site preparation for NGA, and have an opportunity to offer input into the process.
Additionally, a representative from NGA will discuss their Partners in Education (PIE) program, a volunteer educational outreach initiative, including efforts in the Project Connect community. The PIE program demonstrates NGA's commitment to advancing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education in local schools and to being a good neighbor to the communities adjacent to NGA facilities.
