SLDC Welcomes the Expansion of Huvepharma in St Louis

The company will double its workforce over the next two years

St. Louis, MO– In a ribbon cutting ceremony today, Huvephama, a growing global pharmaceutical company made public their plans to expand their St. Louis production. The company, which focuses on the development, manufacturing and marketing of human and animal health products welcomed officials and representatives into its new home at 4545 Oleatha, on the city’s south side

“This is a great move for both Huvepharma and for the City of St. Louis,” said Otis Williams, SLDC Executive Director.  Williams also stated, “Huvepharma is an outstanding company with great leadership and great vision. Their expansion of the company will be a wonderful addition to the economic development of our city.”

The company employs highly skilled individuals with extensive experience in the animal health industry, who also have knowledge of the local markets and customer base. Kiril Domuschiev, President of Huvepharma stated, “We welcome the opportunity to join the St. Louis business community and we are committed to taking a leading role as a global marketing and manufacturing company in this region.

Although they have offices and subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Belgium, Poland, China and a number of other countries, they have intentions of making St. Louis their headquarters. The company will double its workforce over the next two years and complete production of a new complex here in St. Louis.
