The deadline for questions regarding this RFQ is 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2021 and shall be directed to Lori McCarter Goerlich via email: GoerlichL@stlouis-mo.gov. If any addenda are issued to this Request for Qualifications, SLDC will post them below no later than 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2021.

Summary
SLDC is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional engineering and design services for the 20th Street Multimodal Improvements Project, from Market Street to St. Louis Avenue.  This cycletrack and roadway enhancement project shall reflect best practices in traffic safety, accessibility, and bicycle and pedestrian facility design. The project shall support the neighborhoods, create an inviting experience and support the growth of local commerce.  A CMAQ Grant for construction has been awarded. 

This project is expected to include a professional consulting firm or team of firms with extensive experience in one or more of these disciplines: Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Bicycle Facilities Design, Traffic, Lighting, Stormwater, Public Engagement, Land Surveying, Geotechnical and CMAQ Grants.
