Summary
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis (LCRA). is issuing a public Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking redevelopers that will assist in purchasing, assembling, and redeveloping property owned by The Land Reutilization Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri (LRA) and privately held properties in the 5311-6123 and 5302-6122 Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. Redevelopment Area (Area) of the Wells-Goodfellow and Hamilton Heights neighborhoods of North St. Louis.

Respondents should be clear that the intention of this RFP is to solicit proposals from developers that will contract to purchase property from LRA, pro-actively seek to acquire privately held property, assemble properties, and enter into a redevelopment agreement with LCRA to redevelop the property. As this RFP seeks to assist in redevelopment of the entire area, multiple respondents may be considered as part of a collective redevelopment strategy established by the St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) and City departments.
