Summary
The St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) seeking residential development applications to be financed from the following source: $4,000,000 in Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. SLDC will restrict 100% of the funding from this NOFA to support the construction or rehabilitation of affordable residential or mixed-use rental housing development projects with units reserved for households with income that does not exceed 30% AMI.
