Salary

  • Minimum: $72,202.00
  • Maximum: $113,282.00

Nature of Work

Incumbents in this position are responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of Programmer Analysts, Computer Programmers and other technical personnel assigned to major systems projects. Duties include overseeing the implementation of technology solutions within City departments; assessing business models and identifying technology solutions for improvement; documenting all phases of implementation; maintaining data dictionary to ensure standardization across multiple projects, creating training manuals/user guides and acting as a liaison between City departments and the ITSA development team.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field; plus three years of information systems/project management experience.  OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Documentation of academic credentials must be submitted upon the request.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM and Kronos is preferred.
