Nature of Work
Incumbent in this position is responsible for managing the Airport’s business relationship with aviation tenets and users, including signatory and non signatory users and fixed base operators. Incumbent reports to the Airport Properties Division Manager and supervises a team of airport properties staff responsible for tracking and administering airport legislative items as well as drafting, negotiating and enforcing compliance with the terms and conditions of all aviation lease agreements.

A Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field; plus four years of experience in property management, lease negotiations, contract management, airport management, airline management, or commercial real estate. OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Employees assigned to St. Louis Lambert International Airport may be eligible for a commuting allowance of $141.00 bi-weekly. A ten year background investigation will be conducted in accordance with FAA regulations for positions at St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
