Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position handle highly complex civil litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court in the areas of civil rights, tort, employment, equity and government/municipal law.

Graduation from a school of law approved by the American Bar Association; current membership in the Missouri Bar in good standing; plus seven years of legal practice in the area of complex litigation, which includes appellate advocacy work in Missouri state courts and federal courts.
