Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position are responsible for overseeing the effort to define, measure, and analyze City services and other organizational outcomes across and by City agencies, and to provide support services to those agencies in order to achieve greater operational efficiency and improve service delivery.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Human Resources Development, or a directly related field; plus five years of experience conducting research which includes managing business processes, analysis, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and trends in order to streamline operations to increase efficiency/productivity. OR, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: At least one year of previous supervisory experience is preferred.
