Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position are responsible for conducting home health visits and providing health-related support and education services.

Two years of related health care experience with duties such as: home health visits; blood drawing; medication administration; appointment setting; monitoring health records, client case management and/or field supervision. OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Documentation of academic credentials must be submitted with the Employment Application or upon request.
License: Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri driver’s license while employed by the City of St. Louis. Must possess a valid driver's license at the time of filing application and be able to present it upon request. Please note type of license, number, class, and expiration date on the Employment Application.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working in a school/daycare setting providing health education, consultations and services.
