My City Accounts
How My City accounts work
Overview
My City accounts allow people and organizations to track their business with the City of St. Louis, and to save settings for later reuse. If you already have an account with the Healthy Home Repair application, you can use the same information to sign in to My City.
Note that My City accounts are separate from:
Please see those individual sites to learn how to access an account there.
Sign-In Options
My City accounts use the Auth0 Universal Login service to securely manage account credentials, social account connections, and the process for signing in and out. When signing in or out of a My City account, you are sent to a URL on the cityofstlouis.us.auth0.com domain, then back again to stlouis-mo.gov.
When signing up for a new account, My City users can choose from the following sign-in options:
- Email address and password.
- Connecting a third-party social account (Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft).
- Email address and passkey.
Be sure to remember your choice, because you will need to use the same option each time you sign in to your account.
