If you aren't sure whether your email address needs to be verified, you can check your account profile:
- Log in to My City.
- Click on "Profile" in the menu.
- Find the "Sign In Information" section.
- If "Email is Verified" is set to "yes" then your email address is verified and no action is required.
- If "Email is Verified" is set to "no" then you need to verify your email address.

Troubleshooting
If you have waited for your verification email and it has not arrived in your email inbox or spam folder, you have two options:
Reset Your Password
You can prove you own the email address associated with your My City account by resetting your password. This will send an email to your account email address with a link you can use to reset your password, which also serves as verifying that you own the email address.
You can provide your original password in this process if you prefer not to actually change it.
