See all of your CSB service requests in one place

Overview

My City brings all of your CSB Service Requests into one place to help make it easier to keep track of progress. To view your service requests, click on the My City button in the toolbar and select "Service Requests" from the menu.

Service Request Sections

The service requests shown in My City are those that are associated with your My City account's verified email address. You can still check the status of other service requests using the Check Status tool.

Your service requests are grouped into Open Requests and Closed Requests. Open requests are still being worked on, and closed requests are finished.
