Penrose general boundaries are defined as Interstate Highway 70 (I-70) to W. Florissant Ave. on the North, southward to Pope Ave. to N. Newstead Ave. on the East, westward to Natural Bridge Ave. on the South, northward to N. Kingshighway Blvd, east ward on Penrose St. to the western edge of Penrose Park, northward on N. Euclid Ave. on the West to Interstate Highway 70 (I-70).

The park is named for Eugene "Tink" Bradley who alderman for the twenty-first ward from 1965 - 1981. He was acting President of the St. Louis Board of Aldermen from November 1979 through November 1980, the first African American to serve in this post.

O'Fallon Park

O'Fallon Park

The park's namesake, Colonel O'Fallon, came to St. Louis after being severely wounded at the Battle of Tippecanoe in the War of 1812, and became assistant to his uncle William Clark of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. The park was a part of a vast 600 acre land holding of Colonel John O'Fallon.
