Small Changes for Health Program

Small Changes for Health is a web-based behavior modification program focused on increasing one's level of fitness over a 10-week period. Participants work at improving their health by making small changes to their daily routines, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work. The goal is to move progressively from minimal physical activity to more advanced activities. Additionally, the program's website has extra health tips and recommended activities.

Make small changes today and get health benefits to last a lifetime. This year's challenge kicks off on Monday, January 19th, so get additional information at the program's website http://www.smallchangesforhealth.com/ and sign-up; or call the Health Department's Nutrition Services Section at (314) 657-1571.
