It’s that time of year, the FREE Small Changes for Health program is back for 2018! Join to learn ways to be “Better with a Buddy." Your journey to better health will be easier with an accountability partner: someone who can challenge you to stay on track and push you to do your best. While the program activities can be done solo, bring someone along for the journey and reap all the benefits that a partner can provide.

Small Changes for Health is a FREE, 10-week program designed to step you through the process of changing behaviors to more healthy ones. It has a focus this year on physical activity, healthy eating, and mental health.

The program is just underway, so sign-up today at www.smallchangesforhealth.com. It is recommended to check with your doctor first to ensure that you are able to participate in this program safely.
