The City of St. Louis-BJC Employee Assistance Program is a City sponsored, pre-paid service, at no cost to employees. BJC EAP provides confidential counseling, consultation and education to all employees and their immediate family members, helping with personal or work problems (financial, emotional, work relations), often before they disrupt work and home life. 

The City's goal for the BJC Employee Assistance Program is to enhance the health, safety, productivity and morale of employees through educational programs and counseling.
