The Collector of Revenue Office was proud to honor employees with outstanding attendance performance in 2014. The office was also pleased to announce the 2014 Employee of the Year.

On Friday, February 6th, employees were recognized for near-perfect and perfect attendance.  Fourteen employees qualified for the award using between zero and eight hours of sick leave for the 2014 calendar year.  For their outstanding commitment to the office they received a framed Certificate of Achievement.

The staff gathered on the second floor of City Hall to celebrate before the annual awards ceremony  .Inside the Kennedy Room awards were presented for service anniversaries, attendance awards and for Employee of the Year in the Collector of Revenue Office.

Congratulations to the following employees who received an award:

Near-Perfect Attendance (8 hours or less sick time): Rachel Bock, Kelia Hykes, Margaret McTague, Rick Metz and Amir Softic.

Perfect Attendance: Marc Stoff, Robert Kummer, Larry Unger, Jackie Whittier, Ray Weckback, Jean Schuh, Tom Hinchy, Tom Vollmer and Kathy Nolte.

The Employee of the Year is elected from co-worker nominations. The Collector of Revenue's 2014 Employee of the Year is Christine Burnes!

Christine is well respected by her co-workers and it is no surprise that Christine was awarded this honor.  Christine works in Data Processing in the Earnings Tax Department.  Christine has been with the office for 23 years.  Mr. Daly was pleased to award Christine Burnes, the 2014 Employee of the Year!
