The Honorable Gregory F.X. Daly was sworn into office for his next 4-year term as Collector of Revenue on March 4th. Register Dionne Flowers came to the Collector's office to make it official. Other members of the staff were also sworn in and signed the Register for the City of St. Louis. Mr. Daly was accompanied by his mother and sister to witness this occasion.
