Mayor Slay Presents 40-Year Service Pin to Kathy Bess

During a brief ceremony in his office at City Hall, Mayor Francis G. Slay presented a 40-year service pin to Kathy Bess of the Department of Public Safety Special Events Office.

Bess began her career with the City in the Health Department in Aug. of 1972.  She has also served in the Supply Division and Soldiers' Memorial prior to her current position as Executive Secretary in the Special Events Office.
