ST. LOUIS PUBLIC LIBRARY'S NOT SO QUIET! CONCERT SERIES HOSTS SIZZLING JAZZ TRUMPETER AND VOCALIST DAWN WEBER

 The St. Louis Public Library's popular NOT SO QUIET! Concert Series is proud to present sizzling jazz trumpeter and vocalist Dawn Weberin Central Library's Auditorium, 1301 Olive Street, on September 18 at 7 p.m.  The show is FREE and open to the public.  Seating is first-come, first-served.

Weber's jazz-infused, funk-inspired style makes audiences want to dance in the aisles. She studied trumpet performance at North Carolina School of the Arts and Cleveland Institute of Music and was one of only five trumpet players in the world to compete in the esteemed Elsworth Smith International Trumpet Competition.

One of the top performers in the St. Louis region, Weber performs both solo and with The Electro Funk Assembly, Naked Rock Fight, The Dawn Weber Group, and sometimes in the trumpet section of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.

An all ages concert, Dawn Weber's performance is part of the seventh season of the NOT SO QUIET! Concert Series, which presents exceptional FREE live music every third Thursday in Central Library's Auditorium.
