Effective September 26, 2023, the Continuum of Care Collaborative Application, as approved by the CoC Board of Directors, is available for public review and comment.

The  comprehensive FINAL Community CoC Collaborative Application was submitted at 10:48 am, September 28, 2023.

Priority List - Approved & Posted Live

The CoC Board of Directors met on September 13, 2023 to review, vote and approve the Review and Rank Committee's Priority Listing which shows a ranking of all projects prioritized in Tier 1 and Tier 2, which is how the projects will be submitted to HUD.

• City of St. Louis CoC Initial Briefing on FY23 Program NOFO. August 3, 10:30 - 11:30 am. This is open to all of the Community, CoC Board, Membership, Review & Rank Committee and all potential applicants.
• August 17, 2023 - CoC Board Meeting. In-person at Commerce Bank Connect (56 N Euclid Ave, St. Louis, MO 63108) or Virtual at 10 am with the membership meeting following at 11:30 am. 
• August 21 - 23, 2023 - Technical Assistance Office Hours with OrgCode.

• August 31, 2023, 9:00 am. Meeting of the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) Committee. Selection of City of St. Louis CoC New and Renewal projects which will move forward in the CoC Local Competition.

• September 13, 2023 - Meeting of the CoC Board of Directors to vote on Review and Rank's Priority Listing.

FY 2023 CoC Consolidated Application

The FY 2023 CoC Consolidated Application will consist of two parts which the Continuum of Care Board of Directors will vote on for approval and submission to HUD. The first part is the Community Collaborative Application Document.

The second part of the FY 2023 Consolidated Application is the Project Priority Listing. This document will show how projects are reviewed, scored and ranked.

• July 1, 2023 - City contracting with OrgCode, Inc. for assistance and work begins by Consultant, Cindy Crain
• July 5, 2023 - Publication by HUD of the CoC NOFO
• July 5 - 28, 2023 - Recruitment ongoing for REVIEW & RANK COMMITTEE MEMBERS
• July 6 - 28, 2023 - Program Performance Committee finalizing all FY23 Application Draft Scoring Tools
• August 3, 2023, 10:30 am - OrgCode Initial Briefing open to ALL PUBLIC: CoC, Membership, Review & Rank Committee, Potential Applicants.
