Youth Diversion

Youth Diversion programs prevent deeper involvement of youth in violence and the juvenile justice system through coordinated interventions that help them transition back to school and community after arrest or confinement. Programs use restorative justice or other approaches that promote accountability and healing between young people and the victim or community.
