City Sees Savings From Refinanced Bonds
City expects to save about $3.5 million over several years.

In a press release issued last month, Comptroller Darlene Green announced that by refinancing $49.8 million in bonds for the City Justice Center, the City expects to save about $3.5 million over several years.
The debt service savings will add about $1 million to the current fiscal year's budget and reduce debt payments by about $260,000 each year through 2019.
